Emergency Aid - Appointed Persons – 1 Day
INTRODUCTION
This course is ideal for workplaces that present few health and safety risks and where a nominated person is required to take charge in the event of illness or accident. In addition fully qualified First Aiders in larger organisations or in high risk work environments can also benefit from additional support from Appointed Persons Emergency First Aiders. This is especially relevant where the workplace is diverse and consists of many hazards that present injury risks to workers where the First Aider cannot always be present.

Those who are nominated persons or who provide support to qualified First Aiders.

- Resuscitation

- Treatment of unconscious casualty

TRAINEE NUMBERS
Maximum 12 delegates per course
ASSESSMENT
By the Trainers continuous assessment process and by the delegates practical skills demonstration. Successful candidates will receive a certificate valid for three years.
